Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your parcel through our website’s “Track Order” page or directly on the courier’s official website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

If your item is made-to-order or marked as pre-order, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
